 Destination Moon
By July 1969 the United States of America was through its preparation for journey to the moon. The spacecraft - Apollo 11 - was ready for the journey. Three astronauts were chosen as explorers to the moon – Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins. On 16th July 1969 Apollo 11 embarked for the moon. More than 600 million people watched the launch of the spacecraft on television.
